CDoc LOCALS: Spark

Spark: short conversations, low pressure.

As LOCALS heads into its sixth season, CDoc is turning its attention to how those stories get made in the first place.

This year's focus is collaboration.

On Tuesday, October 27, CDoc takes over The Goods Shed from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for Spark!

The evening is built around a round of short conversations with fellow filmmakers, industry guests, and folks with stories to share. There are some prompts and a light structure to get people talking. It's a chance to mix, exchange ideas, find out who's working on what and who is curious to get involved. There is no pressure or expectation of a formal pitch. Your curiosity and half-baked ideas are welcome.

We encourage people to follow up on the ideas and connections that spark on the night. We will invite folks back on Nov 21 to circle back and go deeper with special guests.
