    Event description

People have gathered to celebrate the autumn harvest for thousands of years. As the weather transitions, the mornings are misty, the air is crisp, colours around us become more vibrant and leaves begin to fall - the season offers time for completion, movement and transition. You are invited to step away from the busyness of life for a weekend to join us to celebrate abundance and our growing community.

This is a unique event, suitable for anyone who loves movement, Biodanza or connection, where student facilitators will share and celebrate their learnings. Don't miss your chance to be part of this event!

What to expect on the weekend:

    • Feast on four nourishing Biodanza sessions provided by a variety of facilitators from the Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne joining local ones.
    • Connection and community.
    • Learn from presentations from graduating facilitators on topics related to Biodanza theory.

This is a unique event where student facilitators will share and celebrate their learnings. Don't miss your chance to be a part of this event.

    Practical notes:

    • Tickets can be purchased for the full weekend or specific days.
    • Light refreshments will be provided on Saturday & Sunday
    • Lunch on Saturday is not provided. We encourage you to bring a plate to share for a communal meal or your own lunch.
    • It’s a great idea to bring a water bottle and to wear comfortable, layered clothing that you can move in.
    • We usually dance barefoot or wear non-slip socks. If needed, light indoor shoes are fine.

Do I need any prior experience?

Biodanza is an integrative dance and movement practice which is shared throughout the world. There are not steps to learn and no knowledge of dance is needed.  It is a space for you to enjoy freedom of expression, to connect to your body and be more present with yourself and others.
