Event description

An autumn dinner gathering celebrating Fermentation, Collaboration and Community.

A 5-course degustation with matched beverages, presented by Fervor / Vine Collective / Riversmith in association with The Fermentary's Australian Tour of the Master of Fermentation, the one, and only Sandor Katz. 

Fervor is a roaming restaurant, hosting dining experiences in unique locations across the State and wider Australia with a focus on local and specifically native Australian ingredients.

Vine Collective is a group of makers, drinkers, and thinkers. Gypsy producers making small-batch wines and wares inspired by Western Australia's natural environment, abundant farmlands, and diverse wine regions.

A collaboration long in the making by like-minded individuals, and in partnership with fermentation guru Sandor Katz's national tour of Australia, this event will take place in a secret location in the Cowaramup region. 

We're also excited to announce that the event will mark Vine Collective's 2019 vintage release. All five wines will be poured for the first time alongside the Fervor menu as part of the weekend-long celebration of fermentation.
