At this time in our life questions arise.

What is it I really want in this last part of my life? How do I want to be? How do I accept my limitations? What do I need to let go of? How do I recognise and appreciate my life? What shadows are creeping up and confronting me now? What are the gifts to be found in these shadows?

Shel O’Toole and Jen Barrkman invite you to a supportive space for women where we will laugh and cry together as we learn from each others’ experiences and share our stories of ageing. We will explore these questions using creative processes such as art, music, deep listening, writing, poetry, embodied movement.
