Description

Enjoy a beautiful Tai Chi performance by an experienced group The Botany Chinese Association, then step in and learn the basics yourself. Participants will be invited to join the group for a gentle, guided introduction to Tai Chi, exploring its flowing movements, balance, and mindfulness in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

No experience is necessary, and all ages and abilities are welcome.

Check out the full programme here.

The Celebrating Culture Pop-Up is proudly delivered by Arts Out East a Te Tuhi programme, generously funded by the Howick Local Board and supported by Botany Town Centre.
