Event description

Join us for a festive evening celebrating two significant occasions: the birth anniversary of HM Jigme Singye Wangchuck, the Fourth King of Bhutan, the Father of GNH, and National Happiness Day.


The evening will begin with the lighting of butter lamps and prayers for the happiness, well-being, and long life of His Majesty the Fourth King. The event will also feature workshops on GNH, a momo-making session, and stories about Bhutan and the concept of Happiness.We will also be joined by a guest speaker will who share stories on Happiness Psychology.

Schedule of Events:

5:00pm - Momo Making
6:30pm - Butter lamp ceremony
6:45pm - Happiness exercise
7:00pm - Guest Speaker
7:50pm - Group Meditation
8:00pm - Bhutanese Dance circle
8:10pm - Event ends
