Join us for Celebrating Life as We Age: Supporting Mind and Spirit, an engaging in-person seminar exploring how we can nurture mental health, spiritual wellbeing, and a vibrant sense of purpose as we grow older.
Through insightful input from Helen Badge (Occupational Therapist) and Ruth Davis SM (Mental Health Nurse), this event will offer practical strategies, inspiration, and a celebration of the gifts and challenges that come with ageing.
