It's a sacred portal, a ritual for transformation, a remembrance of your true nature, where music, movement, breath and beat take you on a journey into the deeper layers of YOU.

Join us into this journey of Cellular Upgrade... Where we dance to bring the trillions of cells in your body on board with the reality you desire to experience.

Think of this as a full body and energetic shift into the frequency of your desires and the beliefs you hold in this reality.

What thoughts are you thinking,

What words are you speaking,

What energy are you encoding into your cells?

This is your time to CHOOSE and step fully into your expansion.

You've done the letting go, the shedding, the releasing, now it's time to truly embody who you have BECOME, beginning at a cellular level.

What to expect:

As always we will open by welcoming our beautiful Spirit of Mama Cacao, to weave her way through the journey, bringing the energy, clarity and insights most resonant to YOU.

We'll then drop into a short breathwork to open to your desired reality and the frequency you're calling in.

Before flowing into the Somatic Dance Journey to move this through your body, opening to your expanded potential.

And of course we'll land with some gorgeous sounds to sooth your system and integrate your experience.

There is a beautiful, supportive dance community that gathers regularly, it's a space where we meet ourselves and one another in all of our expressions, where there are no "right" ways to move, or steps to follow.
