Show photo ID for guest entry to the club, or if you're local you may be required to become a club member. Loading dock: Sponsors / exhibitors can arrange to use the loading dock near the Tasman Room, this must be arranged 48 hours prior with Tania as we have to arrange for the door security alarm to be adjusted to permit entry.

After entry instructions

Walk into front foyer, turn left prior cafe, walk to end of hallway, go down the lift or stairs to the Tasman Room

The venue has signed accessible toilets outside the Tasman room

Accessible parking

Yes over 25 accessible parking spaces are located in the carpark, at the front left of the fountain, less than 5 min walk to the entry with a ramp. Sponsors / exhibitors who wish to use the loading dock must arrange it 7 days in advance with organiser as the door is alarmed. Door 4.

Hearing loss

Speakers will use a microphone PA during the luncheon and the room is carpeted
