Central Park Meet-up - UWS Stitch Circle

Let's do some fiber arts in the park together! Grab your current WIP (work-in-progress) and join us for a crafting afternoon in Central Park. All fiber artists welcome: whether you knit, crochet, needlepoint, or something else, and whether you are a regular or joining us for the first time, we would love to hang out with you.

Sunday, October 4, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

🎟️ Cost:
100% FREE. RSVP appreciated but completely optional.

📍 Where to go:
We're meeting at Strawberry Fields in Central Park. To navigate, type "Strawberry Fields, New York, NY" or "Q2GG+83" into your maps app.

You can take the B or C train (or the M10 bus) directly to the 72nd St station, enter the park through the West 72nd St entrance, and follow the path just a short way inside. Look out for us on the lawns nearby.

Note: Restrooms are accessible nearby at Bethesda Terrace.

🧶 What to bring:
Just your project and yourself! Bring a project you're working on and whatever makes you comfortable outdoors: a blanket, a lawn chair, snacks, and water.

🍂 What to expect:
A relaxing afternoon of crafting, crisp autumn weather, and great conversation with fellow fiber artist neighbors!
