What to Expect

Cacao Ceremony
Begin with a sacred cacao ceremony that will ground you and align your intentions. This heart-opening ritual sets the tone for the afternoon, creating a space for deep connection and reflection.

Wim Hof Method Breathwork & Ice Bath
Guided by Luke McLean, a certified Level 1 Wim Hof Method Instructor, this session will combine invigorating breathwork, mindset practices, and an optional ice bath. Experience the power of the Wim Hof Method to release stress, build resilience, and find inner peace.

Live Sound Journey
Be transported by the healing sounds of Georgia Astridge and Mitchell Horn. Their live soundscapes, featuring vocals and instruments, will guide you into a profound state of relaxation and inner exploration.
