The free online masterclass held by Lyndsey and Patrice Douglas.

If you are a young woman representing your show society then this two hour free masterclass is for you. It's designed to assist you in getting the most out of the Young Woman experience throughout 2025 and beyond.

There are two parts to this masterclass. The first half with Patrice and the second half with Lyndsey.

We've come together because we're passionate about young women reaching their potential. And because we have different skills that can support you in feeling confident, calm, clear and capable through your Young Woman experience.

We'll be sharing tools, tactics, techniques and tips on ...

~ finding your voice and using it to its fullest extent
- getting out of your head and into the opportunities
- discovering your capabilities in terms of your career and in your community

Patrice Douglas - Centred for Success workshop leader

Through my own life experience, I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, have doubts and to allow insecurities to block potential. “I have been a show ring announcer for over a decade, spanning shows of all sizes: Royals in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, big regional shows like Camden (NSW) and Sunshine Coast (Qld) and tonnes of local rural shows (Kiama, Condobolin, Narrabri, Young, Emerald, Biloela, Pittsworth). My career (both with shows and as a journalist) was accelerated by my experience as a showgirl (aka Young Woman) for Condobolin Show, and more than ten years later I’m still reaping the benefits of that sash. I’m driven to ensure other entrants in the competition make the very most of the program, by equipping young women with communication and conversation skills that will benefit them for life.”
