Tickets: £40 Early bird, £45 from the 15th October, inclusive of 45 min mat pilates and class, surprise goodie bags with iconic wellness brands including Free Soul, Zooki, Perfect Ted matcha and more.

Mat Provided At Our Venue as well as our first Mat Pilates Class with Equipment ! 18+, all abilities welcome.
