Design and build your own ceramic lamp that transforms light into art. Explore slab-building, sculpting, and light-design techniques as you create a unique ceramic lamp that casts captivating shadows when illuminated.

Experiment with shape, form, and design to create a lam that reflects your personal style. Once fired and glazed, your lamp can be lit at home using LED lights, fairy lights, or a small torch to bring your shadow designs to life.

Working with guidance from ceramic artist, Camille Evans, you’ll learn the fundamentals of hand-building with clay while creating a striking artwork that’s both sculptural and functional.

Please note: The work will be fired, glazed and refired and the finished pieces available for collection from the Gallery approx. 2 – 4 weeks following the workshop.

Please note: when purchasing your ticket, the Gallery absorbs all related booking fees
