Learn to create your own textured stamps out of clay and also how to use found objects to make gorgeous textures of all sorts!

This is a free demonstration for all ages by Make Space creative and artist Ali-Sobel-Read.

Make Space is an artist run collective founded in 2009 with a retail shopfront currently in the Newcastle Train Station, corner of Scott St and Watt St Newcastle 2300. Representing makers from Newcastle and surrounding areas, the space is a treat for the senses - everywhere is the mark of the artist and everything for sale is either a one-off or a limited production line. The Make Spacers also hold workshops and special events, host visiting artist events and love collaborating with other kick ass local entities.
