Keith's cacao is a wonderful heart opener, crafted for ceremonial grade energy and fine flavour. Hand peeled and hand sorted for quality prior to milling into paste.

As an ancient plant medicine and wise teacher, Ceremonial Cacao can deepen awareness of your connection to the earth and the cosmos when used in ceremony, meditation and inner work.

Cacao is known to open and allow access to your heart centre, where your connection to self and spirit resides. It can also elevate your spirit and overall vibration. It can bring awareness and healing to emotional wounds. In a nutshell, it really accelerates the breath work experience, taking you into a deeper state of awareness and more open to shifts.

** Please note that cacao is contraindicated if you have a heart condition (properties of cacao increases your heart rate) and / or are currently taking anti-depressant or/and anti-psychotic medication. WHAT TO BRING?

Please remember that it is of the utmost important that you take care of your body, respect your needs and be comfortable. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Dress in light layers. Please bring the following: a bottle of water, snacks, a yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, a blindfold, a journal, an open mind and an open heart. Also bring a light snack to help you ground when you return from your journey.

ABOUT PATRICIA SILVERWOLF

Patricia is a former Mental Health Nurse, Munay-ki teacher, Kundalini Dance Facilitator, Shamanic Consellour, Shamanic Breathwork® Facilitator and Shamanic Minister. Certified and Ordained through Venus Rising Association for Transformation. She identifies herself as an Aquarian Shaman. An alchemist, an agent of transformation that is very passionate about assisting people to find their inner shaman so to remember their way back to wholeness and their life’s sacred purpose.

Patricia has been following her unfolding spiritual journey since the age of 12 and has deepened her understanding of herself and her spiritual path in many different practices most of them shamanic. She's on an ongoing journey of radical self love and awakening. Constantly dancing the spiral path of death and rebirth. A wolf woman, a path finder. Always deepening herself in experiential practical spiritual adventures which have immersed her in self-awareness, inter-relationships, healing and an expansion of her consciousness. Receiving potent initiations and bringing to her tribe her latest experiences.

Her mission in this life time has been to integrate the ancient sacred wisdom of her ancestors with newer downloads from the Aquarian energies of peace, love and inner wisdom. To serve her tribe in this critical time of awakening. To connect with wild shamanic souls to form a foundation for a new planetary culture.
