Certificate III in Tourism Qualification Update | Industry Consultation Workshop

Service and Creative Skills Australia (SaCSA) invites employers, industry representatives and tourism professionals to participate in a focused consultation workshop on the update of the SIT30125 Certificate III in Tourism.

The Tourism industry continues to evolve rapidly, shaped by changing visitor expectations, digital technology, Accessible Tourism, sustainability practices and increasing demand for personalised customer experiences. SaCSA is updating the qualification to ensure it reflects current industry practice and prepares learners with the practical skills needed across the contemporary Tourism sector.

This session is designed for industry representatives who want to influence the future skills and capability of the Tourism workforce.
