Ceviche Class for Adults
Event description
Join Chef Nancy in the kitchen to learn how to make traditional and Santa Barbara ceviche. In this hands-on class you will learn knife skills for slicing fish and vegetables, the global variations of ceviche, and how to decorate your ceviche with avocado rosettes.
We will dine al-fresco and enjoy beer and wine to pair with ceviche.
Please wear close-toed shoes, as we will be in a commercial kitchen.
Bring a wrap or jacket for outdoor dining. In the event of inclement weather, we will dine indoors.
