Get ready to slice, squeeze, and spice your way through a ceviche adventure! In this class, Chef Pedro Porras of Saberico will help you master a classic Peruvian ceviche and whip up a bright, zesty vegan version, too. We’ll share all the tips, tricks, and tangy secrets to make your taste buds dance. Bring your appetite, a sense of fun, and BYOK—bring your own knife—for this citrusy party you don’t want to miss!
Class includes 4 wines expertly paired with the dishes you create. Each guest will receive their own cutting board, but we do ask that you bring your own sharp, chef or santoku style knife.
This class is very limited. Reservations required. We will be using knives and require each guest to have moderate knife skills as we are not responsible for any injuries.
