In 2025, we are proud to celebrate an extraordinary milestone CEW’s 40th anniversary, marking four decades of dedicated advocacy and leadership in empowering women across Australia. Over these 40 years, CEW’s founders, members, and partners have showcased resilience, commitment and unwavering persistence in progressing gender equality. This black-tie event will celebrate the success stories and transformative impact that have inspired past, present and future generations.

Join us for evening of celebration, as we raise funds on the night to support the ongoing development of gender balanced leadership pipeline through our ongoing leadership development, and education of women across Australia. These funds will support our scholarship program and other CEW initiatives.
