CGBG 2024 Green Home Tour

The CGBG Green Home Tour is a self-guided event that features a series of in-person open houses with unique sustainable features.

Attendees can look forward to a diverse collection of architectural styles across newly constructed homes, remodels, energy retrofits, multi-family projects, all electric homes, and certified Passive House projects. Previous tours have hosted over 400 attendees including curious college students, industry professionals, and homeowners who are eager to see latest in high performance construction and learn about the techniques that make the magic happen.

At the tour you can expect:

• Homes of different sizes and shapes, that strive to be healthier, more energy efficient, and more resilient
• Information about the details that make them successful, and project representatives that can answer questions
• A choose-your-own adventure, visiting homes at your leisure.  Homes are located in the Boulder, Superior, Louisville, and Lafayette areas.
• A great after-party full of your favorite local CGBG members and friends

Ticketing Prices:

• CGBG Members - $15
• Non-Members - $25

Registration Includes:

• Digital Project Brochure with Project Information + Building Science Basics
• Home Tour Map with locations [to be provided the week of the event]
• Admission to all homes on the tour from 10:00am-4:00pm [last tour begins at 3:30pm]
• Admission to the CGBG Green Home Tour After Party from 4:00pm-6:00pm - participants receive one drink ticket + appetizers and good company will be provided!
