CGBG 2026 Green Home Tour

The CGBG Green Home Tour is a self-guided event that features a series of in-person open houses with unique sustainable features.

Attendees can look forward to a diverse collection of architectural styles across newly constructed homes, remodels, energy retrofits, all electric homes, and certified Passive House projects. Previous tours have hosted hundreds of attendees including curious college students, industry professionals, and homeowners who are eager to see latest in high performance construction and learn about the techniques that make the magic happen.

At the tour you can expect:

• Homes of different sizes and different budgets, that strive to be healthier, more energy efficient, and more resilient

• Information about the details that make them successful, and project representatives that can answer questions

• A choose-your-own adventure, visiting homes at your leisure.  Homes are located up and down the Front Range. There are three clusters of homes surrounding Boulder, Denver, and Fort Collins respectively.

• A building expo where professionals present their products and reps are present. A time to ask all your most technical questions or set up a future conversation with providers of sustainable solutions.

• A great after-party full of your favorite local CGBG members and friends
