Come take a peek inside a one-of-a-kind home rising in Fort Collins! This future Passive House is the result of a true team collaboration between Greg D. Fisher, Architect, Old Town Design Build, Emu Passive, and homeowners Max and Molly Hudson.

The new home replaces a previous house with toxicity issues and is being carefully crafted to be healthy, efficient, and comfortable. The design blends Molly’s love of traditional style with Max’s New England architectural leanings, showing how Passive House can work beautifully for any vision.
