CGBG Hard Hat Tour with Bauen Build - Friday, May 17th

Join us as the Colorado Green Builders Guild continues the famous Hard Hat Tour featuring a high performance, Marshall fire rebuild!  This build features a passive house level performance wall assembly with air sealing details required of a certified passive house project. We will be touring this project during framing and air sealing. There will be various passive house details to review such as: foundation to wall assembly air sealing details, interior air barrier detailing and service cavity details. Kristin Reisinger of Spacecraft and Matt Brill of Bauen Build will be guiding us through this project discussing the ins and outs of how this system comes together to create a high performance, architecturally unique home! Please dress appropriately for an active construction site.

This is the SAME tour as Saturday, May 18th. Please only RSVP to one tour, so everyone can have a chance to attend!
