Purpose of this Booking

This booking helps us confirm meal attendance and note any Special Dietary Requirements so we can plan catering accurately and avoid unnecessary food waste. Knowing arrival details in advance means we can be efficient with our meal planning and make the best use of the Sony Foundation’s generous support, ensuring more resources go toward making camp experiences even more enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for taking the time to share your meal requirements. 

Please Note:

For Settlers – You are invited to attend the two dinners on Sunday 7 December and Monday 8 December evenings, to join the Companions and Campers. While your presence is an important part of the shared camp experience, you’re welcome to bring in your own food if you prefer not to partake in the meal, as the menu is simple and designed with the children in mind. This consideration also helps us plan for catering efficiency and minimise food waste.

Please Note:

For Film and Photography Crew – You may find much of your time is spent capturing activities and working on editing and content creation during meal breaks in preparation for the evening slideshow. You are welcome to attend the scheduled lunches; however, it may not always be practical or necessary. Bringing your own food to sustain you throughout the day is recommended.
