Event description

Come join us at hope springs , Heidelberg on Friday, the 8th of August for a rejuvenating and relaxing Chair yoga and Art therapy session.

Chair Yoga will be led by Nikkitha Kumar who is a professional yoga instructor from India. This will be followed by an Art therapy session facilitated by Indu Padmakumar, a qualified Art Therapist.

This is a free event so participants are required to RSVP by the 7th of August. You are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the session to hold your spot. Refreshments will be available at the venue.
