Chair Yoga - Leeston

Thanks to Rose from Sun and Moon yoga studio, we’re offering a low impact chair yoga series for increased flexibility, strength and self-awareness and improved pain and stress management 

Where: Meeting Room, Leeston Library and service Centre
When: Thursdays 1pm - 2pm, starts 25th July and runs for 6-weeks
Cost: $10pp or $6.60pp for gold card/community service card holders
