Description

LEAD invites not-for-profit Chairs to join us for 90 minutes of connecting and conversation on being the leader of a team that makes a difference.

In this session we will look at the relationship between you and your manager, particularly looking at performance reviews and feedback. Do you have a process for effective performance appraisal of your manager? Are you confident you can have a frank and honest discussion that fosters honesty and constructive criticism, where all voices are heard and areas for performance improvement are agreed on?

When: 11:30am-1:00pm, Wednesday 19 May
