Supporting connection, collaboration and leadership across the GGA network, the 2026 Chairs Summit and Annual General Meeting will bring together leaders from member groups to launch GGA's new five-year Strategy 2026–2030.

Risky Business Challenge | Thursday 24 September 2026

Afternoon Tea: 2.00 PM - 2.30 PM | Terrace, The Adnate Perth

Workshop: 2.30 PM – 4.30 PM | Alma Room, The Adnate Perth

Game plan briefing over afternoon tea, followed by a fun, interactive professional development workshop. In teams, participants tackle DPIRD’s farming simulation game, making decisions in response to seasonal conditions, market changes and production risks. Experience first-hand how this engaging workshop builds decision-making skills and can be delivered as a fun learning experience for younger farmers within your own group or across the agricultural industry. Closed to voting grouper group members.
$20 per person - This workshop is exclusive to GGA voting groups, and is extended to Chairs, Vice Chairs and Executive Officers. Afternoon tea will be served on arrival.

Chairs Summit Dinner | Thursday 24 September 2026

Pre-Dinner Drinks: 5.30 PM – 6.00 PM | Terrace, The Adnate Perth

Dinner: 6.00 PM – 9.30 PM | Alma Room, The Adnate Perth

Enjoy social pre-dinner drinks followed by a three-course sit-down dinner. Evening features informal updates from each Chair with opportunities to exchange insights, ideas and build relationships. Closed to voting grouper group members.
$90 per person - This event is exclusive to GGA voting groups, and is extended to Chairs and Vice Chairs. Executive Officers are welcome to accompany their Board representatives, but not to attend in their place. The ticket price includes a three-course dinner, pre-dinner drinks, and beverages served throughout the evening.

Strategy Briefing & GGA Director Discussion Panel: 9.00 AM – 10.00 AM | Alma Room, The Adnate Perth

Casual standing breakfast providing an opportunity to connect with fellow attendees, followed by an overview of GGA's new five-year Strategic Plan facilitated by CEO Rikki Foss. Session includes a panel discussion with GGA Board Directors on the plan's key strategic pillars and themes. Open to all GGA member types & special guests.
Breakfast $30 per person - Includes a catered standing networking breakfast with tea, coffee and refreshments.

Annual General Meeting | Friday 25 September 2026

Formal AGM meeting: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Alma Room, The Adnate Perth

Formal governance proceedings, including the election of new Member Directors to the Board. Open to all GGA member types.
AGM | Complimentary - Attendance at the AGM is complimentary for all delegates and includes morning tea on arrival

Accommodation at The Adnate Perth -900 Hay Street, is at the expense of the guest, and offers GGA members the convenience of staying onsite throughout the event. Modern, well-appointed rooms provide a comfortable space to relax between sessions, allowing delegates to maximise networking opportunities and fully participate in both the Chairs Summit and AGM. Parking

The Adnate Perth is located at 900 Hay Street, 6000 Perth, amongst His Majesty's Theatre precinct with multiple parking complex options very close by. If staying overnight, we recommend parking just behind the Adnate at Wilson Parking multi-story complex, at 427 Murray Street. Once parked, it's a short 30m street-level walk to reception of the Adnate hotel.
