Step into a powerful energetic upgrade through sound. This transformational 3-part series has been curated to support deep inner alignment, energetic repair, and frequency expansion using the power of crystal singing bowls, Light Language, and guided energy activations.
Each session focuses on a key layer of your energetic anatomy:
Chakra Activation (2 July) – Heal & awaken your 7 energy centres
Aura Amplification (9 July) – Cleanse your auric field and seal energy leaks
Heart Expansion (16 July) – Anchor love frequencies and radiate light
Whether you're navigating a spiritual awakening, releasing heavy emotional residue, or simply ready to raise your vibration, this journey offers potent, intuitive sound healing in a safe, sacred space.
Attend one, two, or all three. The effects are cumulative, but each stands powerfully on its own.
Chakra Activation - 2 July
This immersive sound journey focuses on clearing, balancing, and reactivating your full chakra system - from root to crown. Each energy centre is gently realigned using specific crystal tones, intuitive guidance, and Light Language activations.
Expect to release blocked energy, realign your nervous system, and experience a greater sense of personal power and clarity. This session re-anchors your connection to body, mind & higher self.

YOUR GUIDE:
Becky is a Master Hypnotist & NLP Practitioner, Multiple Brain Integration Coach and master Life Coach. She is a trained Sound Healer and Tesla Metamorphosis Healer who adds this energy to the bowls to elevate the healing benefits. She plays the bowls intuitively from reading the energy in the room to bring harmony into the field allowing sound bathers to physically feel the energy and elevate their consciousness.
IN PREPARATION
△ For optimum results ensure you are well hydrated throughout the day of the session as water helps the healing sound vibrations carry through your body, improving your experience. Bring water with you.
△ Wear comfortable clothing that won’t dig in or restrict you when laying down.
△ An empty stomach or a light bite is recommended.
△ Arrive early as doors will be locked once the event starts.
WHAT TO BRING
△ Bring water! Everything else is supplied: mats, cushions, eye pillows & blankets are supplied, or you're welcome to bring your own.
△ Bring an intention for yourself - sound amplifies and manifests our intentions.
△ If you're a note-taker bring a pen and pad to record your insights
AFTER THE SESSION
Drink lots of water and gift yourself more self love that you so deserve. Expect healing to continue long after the session has ended, you may continue to feel sensation or have unexpected things come up in the mind. Journal anything came up for you during and after the session.
