Chakra Alchemy is a transformational workshop series exploring the body’s energetic centres and the emotional patterns they hold.

CROWN CHAKRA ALCHEMY

SURRENDER • TRUST • DIVINE CONNECTION

Have you ever felt disconnected from yourself, from life, or from something greater than you?

Perhaps you've been through experiences that have shaken your faith.

Perhaps you've spent so long trying to hold everything together that you've forgotten what it feels like to surrender.

Perhaps an old version of you no longer fits, but you're not quite sure who you're becoming.

Or perhaps you find yourself searching for answers, trying to control outcomes and needing to understand why everything is happening before you can finally relax.

Sometimes, the hardest part isn't knowing what to do next.

It's learning to trust when you don't have all the answers.

The Crown Chakra, traditionally known as Sahasrara, is associated with spiritual connection, consciousness, meaning, unity and our relationship with the Divine.

It invites us to explore what happens when we feel disconnected from something greater, struggle to surrender control, or lose our sense of identity and belonging.

And what might become possible when we begin to open ourselves to trust, connection and a deeper sense of peace?

IN THIS CHAKRA ALCHEMY JOURNEY, WE'LL EXPLORE:

💜 FAITH & SPIRITUAL TRUST

Explore the beliefs and experiences that may have shaped your relationship with life, the universe or the Divine. Reconnect with your own understanding of meaning, trust and spiritual belonging.

🌌 SURRENDER & THE UNKNOWN

Explore the need to control, the fear of uncertainty and the belief that you must have everything figured out to feel safe. Begin to make space for the unknown without needing to force every outcome.

🪷 IDENTITY & THE VOID

Who are you beyond your roles, achievements, history and the identities you've carried?

Explore the fear of losing yourself when familiar beliefs or versions of you begin to fall away, and open to the possibility of evolving beyond who you've been.

✨ SEPARATION & ONENESS

Explore the experience of feeling alone, disconnected or separate from something greater than yourself. What beliefs might be standing between you and a deeper experience of connection, love and belonging?

🫶 TAPPING & NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION

Work with limiting beliefs such as “I'm alone,” “I have to control everything,” “I've lost my way,” or “I am not worthy of receiving love.”

Learn practical tools to support yourself as you navigate uncertainty, change and the moments when life asks you to let go.

🌟 A GUIDED JOURNEY INTO THE VOID

Through guided meditation, explore the four aspects of self, bring awareness to the beliefs associated with each, and create space for release and integration.

Following this inner journey, we'll explore a luminous diamond-light experience, connect with the wisdom of the Highest Self, and open to a deeper experience of Divine love and connection.

💫 HIGHEST SELF & CONSCIOUSNESS ENCODING

Explore the wisdom and qualities of a more expansive expression of yourself. Through guided visualisation and an NLP-inspired process, begin to connect with new beliefs, perspectives and ways of being that you want to embody.

🤍 EMBODYING DIVINE LOVE

Imagine Divine love flowing through the Crown and down through each chakra to the Root, bringing the experience of spiritual connection into the whole body.

Rather than leaving the experience somewhere in the clouds, we'll explore what it means to embody that connection here, in your everyday human life.

📝 JOURNALING, AFFIRMATIONS & INTEGRATION

Reflect on what you're ready to release, what you've discovered about yourself and what you want to carry forward. Leave with practical ways to continue integrating the experience beyond the workshop.

THIS ISN'T ABOUT HAVING ALL THE ANSWERS.

It's about making space for the questions.

It's about recognising that uncertainty doesn't mean you've lost your way, that releasing an old identity doesn't mean losing yourself, and that you don't have to control every part of life to find moments of peace.

You don't need to follow a particular religion or hold a specific spiritual belief to attend.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You simply need to come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Whether you experience this journey as connection with the Divine, universal consciousness, your Highest Self or a deeper relationship with your own inner world, you're welcome to meet it in your own way.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

💜 A deeper understanding of Crown Chakra themes and spiritual connection.

💜 Greater awareness of the beliefs that shape your relationship with trust, identity and surrender.

💜 Space to explore and release limiting beliefs through tapping and guided inner work.

💜 A renewed perspective on who you are beyond familiar identities.

💜 An opportunity to connect with the wisdom of your Highest Self.

💜 Practical tools and reflections to support ongoing integration.

💜 A deeper sense of connection, openness and possibility.

You don't have to know exactly where life is taking you to be present for the journey.

Sometimes, the next step isn't about doing more, fixing more or finding another answer.

Sometimes, it's about releasing what you've been holding, softening into the unknown and remembering that there is more to you than the story you've been living.

Let's explore what becomes possible when you make space for that. 💜✨

About Your Facilitator: Kat George

Kat George is a facilitator of embodied transformation who supports people in reconnecting with safety in their bodies and releasing emotional and energetic blockages.

Her work integrates nervous system regulation, tapping, meditation, and chakra-based practices to help individuals move through fear, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and embody their authentic power.

Kat’s approach is guided by three core pillars:

Awaken - developing awareness of the body, emotions, and energy
Embody - integrating new patterns through somatic and energetic practices
Union - aligning the physical, emotional, and spiritual self into coherence

She believes that true transformation begins with safety in the body. When we release stored tension and density from the nervous system and energy centres, we naturally access clarity, vitality, and connection.
