Chakra Dance

Chakra Dance is a fun uplifting guided dance movement to bring more light into your body ,Its an organic style of movement to an awesome playlist and we travel through the chakra system with moves to open and energize your body.

We do alot of gentle somatic release to the music then move into patterns of movement to open the system.

It's a somatic deep dive into your physical & energy body with movements to unlock & clear your chakra system.

We begin with a yogic release to open the body with breath and stretching then a fun guided dance to help you move into new patterns of expression.

After learning some movements to release the flow of your body, we break into free style dance and back to guided dance.

This is a fun workshop that will lead you to unlock your patterns and help shake up the regular way you move and invite invigoration freedom and joy into your weekly practice.
