When your chakras are in flow, life feels lighter, clearer, and more connected. Each energy center governs a unique part of your wellbeing—when balanced, you may notice greater clarity of mind, emotional stability, vitality, creativity, and inner peace.
This 90-minute practice begins with a Cacao Ritual to open our heart space. You will then be led into a meditation combining gentle guidance with the resonance of sound bowls, and chimes working through the seven chakras to restore balance and flow. You will be guided to release stagnation, expand awareness, and invite alignment across body, mind, and spirit.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to soften.
