🌿 To dance in our chakras is to reach a place where words don't exist. Infused with resonance, harmonious healing frequencies and your own free movement, our beautiful temple, every cell of our body is moved by its own heart song. Lifting the veil that hides your light, the stories we carry, enfold, put out of sight, push down. Unuttered, unvoiced. Ensnared. Unconsciously Unattended.
🌿 Some thousands of years old! Dance by dance, chakra by chakra have opportunities to be honoured, unravel. Decode. Throw light on. Transcend!
🌿 I welcome you to dancing the Heart chakra with me, Anahata the green chakra is the key to love, walking through life with heart, walking through life with loving compassion and generosity, empathy and kindness for ourselves and others.
🌿 The intention of Chakradance assist you in feeling safe and enabling you to let go, release and re-connect with feelings of empowerment, forgiveness and compassion.
