Chakradance Fundraiser Event - Help Save Element Wellness and Healing

Element Wellness and Healing Presents, CHAKRADANCE.

All Proceeds of this event will go to the HELP SAVE OUR CLINIC fund. 

If you are looking to shift through stagnant energy, connect inwards to your body and learn about your Chakra system, this afternoon is for you! 

No dance experience required & no performance. This is a very personal experience and you will take it at your own pace.

Using music pulsing to the frequency of each Chakra, free form/somatic dance, guided imagery, and Mandala art, we will explore your Chakra system through this afternoon Immersion. The Chakras are spinning wheels of energy, each Chakra governs aspects of your life. Through your unique life journey, your Chakras may hold onto trauma or past patterning that is hindering you from stepping into your true authenticity and living your best life. Through Chakradance we explore our own unique system, uncover blockages, strengths and gain access to our internal wisdom. 

In order to create a safe space for self expression and release, you will be blind folded during the dancing part of the journey. No one will be looking at you and you will not get caught in comparison mode, a rare powerful state to be in! 

This afternoon immersion is a taste of the full 9 week experience (which will be offered in October). A great way to experience the power of Chakradance without the full commitment.
