Event description
CHAKRADANCE IMMERSION - HIBISCUS GODDESS CIRCLE
Join Rachel to gather at the Woodside Town Hall / Institute for a grounding 3-hour immersion. This will be a time of connecting with mother earth, moving your body, releasing, and integrating forward in a grounded and centered way. During this workshop, participants are invited to embark on a three-hour exploration that blends the rich flavours of a ceremonial herbal tea infusion, with the fluid movements of Chakradance, offering an opportunity for connection, release, and integration.
Guided by Rachel, a specialised facilitator in the realms of chakra movement and holistic wellness, participants will be guided through a series of grounding practices designed to awaken the senses and feel more connected.. Central to this experience is the herbal tea ceremony, known fore its' ancient tradition and healing powers.
The Chakradance component of the immersion is a somatic dance that invites participants to explore movement as a form of embodied expression, tapping into the wisdom of the body and chakras to release stagnant energy and invite in greater flow and balance. Participants will connect with their inner rhythms through specially composed music and spontaneous dance.
We will end with a mandala art therapy exercise, reflection, and integration.
Chakradance Immersion - Hibiscus Goddess circle offers a welcoming space for all to explore, play, and connect. Join Rachel for this soul-nourishing experience and discover the transformative power of grounding movement and sacred connections.
