Chakradance Kids™ Wellbeing Activity

These interactive wellbeing classes introduce children to mindfulness techniques in playful and creative ways. Tapping into their imagination, children are led through visualisations and stories and create movement and art, all supported by unique resonant music. They'll connect with their inner world and learn tools to support their mental health, emotional regulation and strengthen positive relationships.
