Welcome to Chakras & sound!
Well this one does what it says on the tin! (excuse the pun!)
What we will cover.....
- Learn about each chakra
- Intuition around blockages
- Using crystals to unblock & heal
- Visualization meditations to unblock
- Using chanting & sound to unblock
- How to use a Pendulum for chakra reading
We will end with a 30 minute sound meditation!
What is included:
- Workbook
- Small crystal each
- yoga matt & bolster provided
What to bring:
- Journal
- eye pillow
- Some crystals if you wish ( but not required)
- Water bottle
- Pillow
- Blanket
- Pendulum if you have one
