Rooted in the ancient teachings of Gnosticism, this interactive session combines guided meditation with sacred chanting to help quiet the mind, awaken awareness, and foster a deeper connection with your inner self. This is a participatory workshop—there are no observers. Everyone attending is invited to actively take part in the guided chanting and meditation practices, regardless of previous experience. The chanting is an integral part of the session, helping to focus the mind, raise awareness, and create a shared energetic experience within the group. Whether you're new to Gnostic practices or have an established meditation practice, you'll be guided every step of the way in a welcoming and supportive environment.   Join Chameleon's resident horticulturalist, Louise, for a hands-on 30-minute workshop where you'll create your very own potted indoor plant to take home. Using propagated cuttings from Chameleon's own collection of thriving indoor plants, Louise will guide you through the process of potting for healthy growth while sharing practical tips and tricks to help your new plant flourish indoors. Whether you're a seasoned plant lover or a complete beginner, you'll leave with the confidence to care for your newest leafy companion. To make your plant even more special, you'll have the option to add a crystal to your pot, bringing a touch of intention and positive energy to your creation. All materials are provided.
