Change the world one project at a time!
At Change Agent Project we understand that you want to make a positive impact for your community – but we also know that making a difference can sometimes feel overwhelming.
Using our combined 45 years’ community project experience, we have created a fun, practical and all-inclusive 6-week online learning, coaching and mentoring program to Plan your Change Agent Project. You will:
* Gain greater clarity of your strengths and how to use them (regardless of experience) to make a real difference
* Understand the real problem you want to address and the possible project that will not only benefit your community but align to your strengths and passions
* Work out the best team to bring your project alive
* Align your project to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and be a part of a global movement acting locally
* Define project goals, and how to plan, monitor and ensure your community project is successful
* Understand and communicate your project’s impact so that you get support
CHANGE AGENT PROJECT STARTS 9TH NOVEMBER 2021
How we learn together
* 3 modules fortnightly released 9th November then 23rd November and 7th December
* 3 x weekly sessions via Zoom (approx. 1 hour per session) on 16th November, 30th November and 14th December
* Weekly worksheets and tools to follow and keep you focused
* One doable action each week to keep your project moving forward
* Group learning together supporting each other
* A Certificate of Attendance
* 1x1:1 planning session to help shape your community project
About Yolie Entsch
Yolie knows what it takes to get a community project off the ground. Her experience in community projects is broad, from designing and building a community playground, fundraising and delivering a Christmas program for young people experiencing homelessness, educating children in environmental education, starting up a social enterprise that supports vulnerable people into employment, to renovating a community centre.
Yolie has been passionately initiating and engaging in innovative projects addressing social and environmental issues for over 30 years.
She is founder of Younity Works, a social enterprise. She believes that everyone can be a change agent, and by working in unity and sharing the value of contribution, we can all shape the future and create positive and lasting change that benefits our communities.
