Meet Your Facilitators

Abbie Louw is a naturopath with over a decade of clinical experience and is currently completing a Graduate Diploma specialising in trauma-informed counselling. She is passionate about helping women understand what stress is doing to their bodies, why they feel the way they do and how simple, evidence-informed strategies can help them regain their energy and feel more like themselves again.

Joining her is Sam Hearn, founder of Empowering Pathways and a Reiki Practitioner. Sam is passionate about helping women create more calm, clarity and space in their everyday lives. Drawing on Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, flower essences and practical lifestyle strategies, she supports women to reduce overwhelm, reconnect with themselves and create practical pathways towards a calmer, more balanced life.

Together, we bring two complementary perspectives - combining the science of what's happening in the body with practical ways to create lasting change in everyday life.
