If you’ve ever found yourself holding it all together while juggling a hundred things, kids, work, house, school taxi, everyone's emotions, dinner, expectations, then this gentle 3-week series is your chance to exhale.

In partnership with Portland Neighbourhood House, and hosted by Trudy Cotter, Certified Life Coach and Integration Attachment Theory therapist Chaos to Calm is a supportive and down-to-earth space for mums to:

- explore where our parenting patterns come from (and why we react the way we do),

- reconnect with who we are beneath the daily chaos,

- learn practical tools to bring more calm, confidence, and connection into our homes.

It’s not about getting the ducks to line up, it’s about learning to breathe, laugh, and find peace even when they’re all swimming in different directions.
