The second of three dinners hosted by Jana Langford and Angela Boulter of Mare de Vetro.
Over dinner with the MDV community, Jana will share how yin and yang actually play out in your life: the doing and the receiving, the pushing and the allowing. Most high achievers have mastered one half and run themselves ragged on it.
Balance has been reduced to a 50/50 split and a weekly yoga class. Jana shares a different perspective, drawing on what she has seen work in her private practice.

Up to two guests can book the VIP experience. Before the dinner, Jana attunes to your polarity and your masculine-feminine balance. On the night, she takes you through a private process to rebalance your yin and yang.

Jana Langford
