About
The Supporting Teacher Wellbeing webinar series is returning to the ReadCloudVET professional learning platform, building on the positive feedback from the 2025 and 2026 sessions.
This four-part series will run over four weeks in Term 1 2027 and is free for all ReadCloudVET Trainers and School Staff.
We hope that this wellbeing support empowers teachers to strengthen resilience, manage stress and reconnect with their inner resources.
The series covers Character Strengths, Mindfulness (RAIN strategy), Beating Burnout and Managing Your Energy and Self-Compassion, supporting educators to thrive personally while modelling optimism and wellbeing in their classrooms.
Session 1 - Character Strengths
This session offers practical strategies to identify and use character strengths to enhance wellbeing, motivation, resilience, and emotional regulation. Through active participation and reflection, you’ll practice “strength spotting” to bring out the best in yourself, students, and colleagues, fostering connection, collaboration, and purpose in your teaching.
