Event description

THIS is how I did it is an inspirational speaker series that brings incredible human beings to the Bay.

To kick off on Thursday 22nd October, we have a story that will make the hairs on your neck stand up and leave you feeling anything, literally anything is possible.

Find out how in the face of tragedy, Charmaine Te Nana-Williams built the $16million business Whatever It Takes after finding out her husband had suffered a brain injury in a boxing match leaving him tetraplegic. This seminal moment was the start of her incredible business. Find out how she went on to build a nationwide care programme that has changed the way people with disabilities are cares for all in the face of adversity.

Charmaine says “I looked at my husband and said, ‘Let’s figure out a way for you to talk to me’

Join us on 22 October at Fire Restaurant Tauranga for a lunch, a drink on arrival and discussion - all included in your tickets price. And bring tissues.
