Our Kaimahi will be available for 1 on 1s with individuals & whānau.

GROUP WORKSHOPS:

MAU RĀKAU / TAIAHA OPEN WORKSHOP:

Our Kaimahi will be running a mau rākau workshop at the Den, Open to all to attend. Learn the practice of Mau Rākau, build fitness, gain cultural knowledge, and develop unique skills in a fun, inclusive environment. Building knowledge in te ao Māori while empowering yourself and your whānau.
