On Saturday, September 27, 2025, the James S. Little Concert Series welcomes Mike Agranoff, a folk performer who refuses to be boxed into any single category. Mike’s repertoire draws from traditional ballads, fiddle tunes, Tin Pan Alley classics, contemporary folk treasures, and his own witty writing. More a singer-songfinder than a singer-songwriter, he uncovers hidden gems and delivers them with a master’s touch—whether on fingerstyle guitar, English concertina, or unaccompanied voice.
His performances are a unique mix of heartfelt storytelling, virtuoso musicianship, and sly humor, often featuring heart-stopping spoken word pieces and hilariously awful parodies that audiences adore. Expect to laugh, reflect, and leave inspired.
