Seasoned cheesemonger and cheesemaker Kat Harvey of Kat Harvey Cheese teams up with Nick Loeve from Caldera Brewing & Blending Co to talk and taste us through his small batch, barrel-aged, mixed culture saisons, crafted in the Tweed Caldera, made to match with Kat’s cheese selection.
