Join us in one of our 90-minute Cheesemaking program & learn how to make the following cheeses with Barry:
HALLOUMI - a wonderful cheese for frying
MOZZARELLA – great for pizza and pasta dishes
PANEER (lemon cheese) - used in Indian curries as a substitute for meat
RICOTTA - used for a toast topper or for cooking
WHAT DO YOU GET? You will earn how to make these cheeses using ingredients that you will most likely have in your fridge or pantry.
You will get to sample the cheeses that are made during the workshops.
We will also have other cheeses on a platter for you to sample.
