Cheese Making Workshop with Charing Cross Dairy & The Urban Cheese Company- Lincoln Event Centre

An award winning Selwyn artisan cheese maker, Charing Cross Dairy, and a local home cheese supply company The Urban Cheese Company are teaming together to present a workshop on cheese making. There will be a demonstration on how to make a delicious and very versatile fresh cheese that is easily made in a home kitchen along with a discussion on what is involved with making cheese in general at home.
